I help leisure and travel businesses develop and execute the commercial strategies that drive real, sustainable revenue growth. Having held full P&L responsibility for businesses with revenues of up to €80m, I understand the pressure leadership teams are under to deliver results. I work closely with CEOs, Commercial Directors and founders to assess the current commercial position, identify the most significant growth opportunities, and develop strategies that are both ambitious and executable.

I have launched businesses from scratch and restructured teams in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
